1. Scope and mandate
These conditions apply to authorised delivery and cash-collection functions. The written mandate must identify the merchant or other creditor for whom cash is collected, the authorised transporter, Broco's role, territory, custody, fees and settlement route. A Pro registration does not create a collection mandate.
Any transport service description must separately identify delivery responsibilities, permitted goods, insurance if actually provided and treatment of loss or damage. These conditions do not invent transport insurance or a guarantee of successful delivery.
The accepted schedule governs collection or delivery fees, commission triggers, deductions and payment timing.
2. Cash receipt and the buyer
Verify the order, authorised amount and payment method before collection. Issue a receipt linking the payer, order, amount and collection reference as required, without exposing unnecessary personal information.
The effect of payment to the authorised collector on the buyer's debt follows the applicable mandate and mandatory law. A collector's subsequent deposit problem is not, by itself, proof that the buyer did not pay; valid payment evidence must be examined before any further demand.
3. Cash awaiting deposit
“Cash to deposit” records collected cash awaiting the required deposit and reconciliation. It is separate from spendable BrocoCash or another available balance. Do not represent the merchant as finally credited merely because the collection appears in the dashboard.
The transporter must protect the cash, keep records and deposit through an approved point within the deadline specified in the applicable mandate. No unauthorised personal use, onward lending or private netting is allowed.
4. Deposit and merchant settlement
Obtain evidence of deposit. The deposit receipt is checked and reconciled under the applicable arrangement. The merchant is credited after successful receipt and reconciliation. If a difference prevents crediting, record the pending state and notify the responsible parties within lawful disclosure limits.
The merchant schedule must identify the debtor and financial service governing the resulting balance. A settlement entry alone does not establish a bank deposit or guarantee.
5. Loss, differences and complaints
Report loss, theft, disputed receipt or deposit mismatch promptly and preserve lawful evidence. Responsibility must be assessed by custody, authority, conduct and applicable law. Do not automatically charge the buyer twice or exclude all responsibility of Broco or the principal.
No unlimited transporter indemnity or automatic deduction from unrelated funds is created here. Any lawful adjustment must have an identified basis, record and dispute process. A claim concerning goods or delivery remains distinct from a cash-collection claim.
6. End of authority
On restriction or termination, stop unauthorised collections, reconcile cash and commissions, return approved materials and preserve necessary records. The Privacy and Anti-corruption Policies apply to work performed for Broco.
7. Information that applies to your operation
Read these conditions with the Broco Terms of Use — Morocco — Pro. Your accepted offer, mandate or transaction confirmation supplies the variable commercial details for the operation. Those details must be available before you commit; a general reference to this page does not replace information required at that point.
Only the functions expressly enabled for you are included. Published catalogue content does not establish availability. Changes to accepted terms remain subject to the applicable notice and other mandatory requirements; updating a screen is not, by itself, consent to a material change.
8. Complaints and disputed operations
You can contact support@broco.app with a complaint about Broco. Describe the service, relevant transaction reference and issue; do not send passwords or authentication codes.
Where another provider is responsible for a part of the service, your accepted offer, mandate or confirmation explains the complaint route and escalation available. This does not remove your ability to complain about Broco's own acts or omissions.
Complaints are handled within the deadlines required by applicable law and by any mandatory provider process. Any extension must be lawfully permitted and explained. Complaint handling does not replace a statutory remedy. Urgent procedures, required provider deadlines and external dispute-resolution bodies are identified in the applicable service information for your jurisdiction.
You do not have to complete an internal process where applicable law permits direct access to an authority or court. Contractual complaint procedures do not shorten mandatory limitation or notification periods.
9. Responsibility and remedies
Broco is responsible for performing its own contractual obligations. Where a service is provided by another entity, your accepted offer, mandate or confirmation identifies each party's responsibilities. Another entity's involvement does not remove responsibility that applicable law places on Broco, including for acts or omissions attributable to Broco.
Nothing in these conditions excludes or restricts liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. This includes mandatory rights applicable to unauthorised or incorrectly executed transactions where the relevant legal regime provides them.
A security incident, incorrect recipient information or breach of a user obligation will be assessed on the facts and under the applicable law. It is not an automatic basis to reject every claim.
10. Morocco: Local service rules
Each activated financial or cash service must identify the actual provider and any mandated network within the scope of its permissions. Currency conversion and cross-border operations are available only through the permitted route stated in your accepted offer, mandate or confirmation. A pilot is not generally available merely because it appears in the catalogue. Agent and collection functions require the actual mandate, receipt and custody rules.
