Broco Cash Agent Terms of Use

Algeria · Pro

Effective September 17, 2026

This version applies to new commitments from its effective date. Notice rules and conditions applicable to existing customers are preserved; this publication is not a retroactive amendment of their contracts.

1. Appointment and permitted operations

A Pro profile alone does not appoint you as a Broco Cash Agent. You may operate only under an accepted written mandate identifying the principal, countries, locations, authorised functions, legal status, limits, fees, commission and custody arrangements.

These conditions supplement that mandate and the Broco Terms of Use — Algeria — Pro. They do not grant a regulatory authorisation or extend the principal's permissions. In countries served through another network, that network's actual appointment rules apply; it must not be presented as a direct Broco agency without authority.

2. Customer handling

Confirm the customer's required eligibility and transaction information using the approved process. Never collect a password or authentication code. Disclose the amount, currency and lawful fee before cash is handed over. Do not substitute your own fee or unofficial conversion.

Issue a verifiable receipt containing required provider information and transaction reference, time, agent/location reference, amount, currency, fee and status. Give the customer a copy. Do not mark an operation completed if the cash or corresponding instruction has not been completed.

Cash received, an instruction submitted and an available balance are different events unless the service expressly makes them simultaneous.

3. Cash and reconciliation

Use only the approved cash custody and settlement arrangement. Keep transaction records and customer cash identifiable. Do not use cash collected for personal purposes, other customers or unapproved advances.

No prefunding, float, guarantee deposit, netting permission or lending arrangement is created by these conditions. Such an arrangement needs a separate lawful, disclosed schedule.

In the Algeria local DZD arrangement, a mandated Pro receives and holds the relevant customer cash.

Deposit deadlines, reconciliation frequency, commission rates, commission triggers and payout timing follow the accepted mandate or remuneration schedule.

4. Discrepancies and security

Report a cash discrepancy, suspected counterfeit, theft, coercion, system incident or disputed handover as soon as safe. Preserve lawful evidence and do not falsify records to force a reconciliation. Stop the affected operation where necessary to prevent a further loss within your authority.

Broco and the principal must assess responsibility under the mandate and law. An agent obligation does not remove the principal's responsibility to customers where the applicable framework places it there.

5. Commission, complaints and exit

Commission is earned and paid only under the accepted schedule. Adjustments must identify their basis. Customer complaints must be logged and routed; do not require a customer to surrender a valid claim to obtain a routine service.

At the end of authority, stop new operations, reconcile cash and records, return authorised materials and cooperate with lawful resolution of outstanding matters. Amounts owed are not automatically confiscated.

Follow the Privacy and Anti-corruption Policies. Contact: support@broco.app.

6. Information that applies to your operation

Your accepted offer, mandate or transaction confirmation supplies the variable commercial details for the operation. Those details must be available before you commit; a general reference to this page does not replace information required at that point.

Only the functions expressly enabled for you are included. Published catalogue content does not establish availability. Changes to accepted terms remain subject to the applicable notice and other mandatory requirements; updating a screen is not, by itself, consent to a material change.

7. Complaints and disputed operations

You can contact support@broco.app with a complaint about Broco. Describe the service, relevant transaction reference and issue; do not send passwords or authentication codes.

Where another provider is responsible for a part of the service, your accepted offer, mandate or confirmation explains the complaint route and escalation available. This does not remove your ability to complain about Broco's own acts or omissions.

Complaints are handled within the deadlines required by applicable law and by any mandatory provider process. Any extension must be lawfully permitted and explained. Complaint handling does not replace a statutory remedy. Urgent procedures, required provider deadlines and external dispute-resolution bodies are identified in the applicable service information for your jurisdiction.

You do not have to complete an internal process where applicable law permits direct access to an authority or court. Contractual complaint procedures do not shorten mandatory limitation or notification periods.

8. Responsibility and remedies

Broco is responsible for performing its own contractual obligations. Where a service is provided by another entity, your accepted offer, mandate or confirmation identifies each party's responsibilities. Another entity's involvement does not remove responsibility that applicable law places on Broco, including for acts or omissions attributable to Broco.

Nothing in these conditions excludes or restricts liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. This includes mandatory rights applicable to unauthorised or incorrectly executed transactions where the relevant legal regime provides them.

A security incident, incorrect recipient information or breach of a user obligation will be assessed on the facts and under the applicable law. It is not an automatic basis to reject every claim.

9. Algeria: Local service rules

Individual account holders resident in Algeria must be at least 19 and have the required contractual capacity. The local offer excludes conversion between Algerian dinars and foreign currencies and international supplier payments. Local credits and collection functions must be identified separately from any global financial service. Their names do not establish a closed-loop or collection exemption. For local DZD credits, a digital top-up is received into a Broco bank account; a cash top-up is received and held by an authorised Pro acting under Broco’s mandate, as these conditions and the Account & Wallet Terms also state. The applicable legal framework for local credits is identified in your accepted offer, mandate or confirmation. No digital-asset service or permission is created by these country provisions.
