1. Plans and enrolment
Broco Technologies, Inc. offers the subscription plans expressly available in your market. Standard, Plus and Premium are plan labels; the accepted plan schedule states the actual price, currency, billing period, benefits, limits and any free/base-plan status for that market.
Before enrolment, show the full recurring price and frequency, renewal, cancellation and applicable withdrawal information. An optional subscription must not be created through a preselected choice or a transaction confirmation that does not clearly authorise it.
A trial, introductory discount, refund promise or additional charge applies only when it is expressly included and lawful.
2. Billing and renewal
The subscription starts and renews as specified in the accepted order. Charge only the authorised method and disclosed amount. A material price or benefit change follows the notice and rejection rights in the Broco Terms of Use — Algeria — Personal.
For a subscription renewing for a year or longer, a renewal reminder is sent within the period required by applicable law. A reminder does not replace statutory cancellation information.
3. Failed payment
If payment fails when due, we may suspend additional unpaid subscription benefits, subject to law and treatment of benefits already earned. We will notify you of the failed payment, affected benefits and method to restore the subscription.
These conditions do not introduce a late fee or a fixed retry timetable. Any payment retry must remain within the payment authorisation and applicable rules. Each payment attempt must be identifiable and not create duplicate billing.
If the payment remains unpaid for ten calendar days from the due date, the subscription is downgraded to the eligible Standard/base plan. If that destination would itself require a new paid subscription, it must not be charged without valid agreement; the unpaid paid-plan subscription ends instead.
Downgrade does not forfeit funds, remove complaint or blocking rights, or prevent a lawful return of amounts owed. It does not authorise charging a fresh paid cycle after paid access has ended. Any amount genuinely owed must be established under the accepted schedule and law, with correction for unavailable or unused benefits where required.
4. Cancellation and changes
You may cancel future renewal through the available account control or support. The accepted plan and applicable law determine when paid benefits end. An immediate cancellation, withdrawal, refund or prorated adjustment required by law takes priority.
A requested upgrade must disclose its effective time and any prorated charge before acceptance. A requested ordinary downgrade takes effect at the next renewal unless a different supported choice is expressly agreed. Do not charge a plan change silently.
5. Refunds and core access
Refunds depend on mandatory rights, the circumstances and any more favourable accepted plan rule. There is no blanket “no refunds” clause. No plan promises unlimited cashback, permanent perks or fraud compensation beyond its stated valid scope.
Core rights relating to balances, urgent security, complaints and records do not depend on remaining subscribed. The underlying financial service may have separate eligibility or lawful restriction rules.
6. Information that applies to your operation
Your accepted offer, mandate or transaction confirmation supplies the variable commercial details for the operation. Those details must be available before you commit; a general reference to this page does not replace information required at that point.
Only the functions expressly enabled for you are included. Published catalogue content does not establish availability. Changes to accepted terms remain subject to the applicable notice and other mandatory requirements; updating a screen is not, by itself, consent to a material change.
7. Complaints and disputed operations
You can contact support@broco.app with a complaint about Broco. Describe the service, relevant transaction reference and issue; do not send passwords or authentication codes.
Where another provider is responsible for a part of the service, your accepted offer, mandate or confirmation explains the complaint route and escalation available. This does not remove your ability to complain about Broco's own acts or omissions.
Complaints are handled within the deadlines required by applicable law and by any mandatory provider process. Any extension must be lawfully permitted and explained. Complaint handling does not replace a statutory remedy. Urgent procedures, required provider deadlines and external dispute-resolution bodies are identified in the applicable service information for your jurisdiction.
You do not have to complete an internal process where applicable law permits direct access to an authority or court. Contractual complaint procedures do not shorten mandatory limitation or notification periods.
8. Responsibility and remedies
Broco is responsible for performing its own contractual obligations. Where a service is provided by another entity, your accepted offer, mandate or confirmation identifies each party's responsibilities. Another entity's involvement does not remove responsibility that applicable law places on Broco, including for acts or omissions attributable to Broco.
Nothing in these conditions excludes or restricts liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. This includes mandatory rights applicable to unauthorised or incorrectly executed transactions where the relevant legal regime provides them.
A security incident, incorrect recipient information or breach of a user obligation will be assessed on the facts and under the applicable law. It is not an automatic basis to reject every claim.
