Broco Credit Terms of Use

Algeria · Personal

Effective October 8, 2026

This version applies to new commitments from its effective date. Notice rules and conditions applicable to existing customers are preserved; this publication is not a retroactive amendment of their contracts.

1. Service and contractual documents

Broco Credit (“Crédit Broco”) is a prepaid credit in Algerian dinars. You can use it only to buy products that Broco sells in its own name and makes available to you in the Broco app. These conditions supplement the Broco Terms of Use — Algeria — Personal.

Before you buy Broco Credit, the offer you accept must state who sells it, the price and currency, any fee, how you pay, any limit, and how and when the credit is added to your balance. It must also state the eligible residence for the offer.

Broco Credit is not a bank deposit and bears no interest. This document does not promise deposit insurance or protection against all losses.

2. Buying Broco Credit

You can buy Broco Credit from Broco Technologies, Inc., in the ways described in “Algeria: Local service rules” below. You can also buy a code at a Point Broco, as set out in the Point Broco Code Purchase Terms of Use.

The interface must distinguish available amounts, pending amounts and promotional credits. The reference, amount and any fee must be confirmed before you pay.

Credit is added to your balance only when your payment, or the code you redeem, has been confirmed. A pending entry or a screenshot is not proof that a payment was received. If a balance is wrong, Broco investigates and corrects it, explains the correction and keeps a record of it.

3. Using Broco Credit

You may use Broco Credit only to buy products that Broco sells in its own name in the Broco app, up to the limits shown to you. It cannot be transferred to another person, used to pay a third party or withdrawn in cash, and it bears no interest. Limits may depend on verification and applicable rules and are shown before an affected purchase.

Do not use Broco Credit to buy products on behalf of unrelated persons as an unauthorised business. Do not treat promotional value as interchangeable with amounts repayable to you.

Before you confirm a purchase, check the product, the amount, the currency, any fee and the status shown.

4. Refunds and return of amounts

If you close your account or ask for the return of your unused balance, Broco refunds it as set out in “Algeria: Local service rules” below, after the necessary reconciliation. Mandatory refund deadlines take priority.

If a product you bought with Broco Credit is not delivered, the credit used for it is returned to your balance, unless the law gives you a better remedy.

A restriction on your account must have a lawful and contractual basis. Broco will explain the next steps to the extent permitted. A restriction does not extinguish an amount owed to you.

5. Information that applies to your operation

Your accepted offer, mandate or transaction confirmation supplies the variable commercial details for the operation. Those details must be available before you commit; a general reference to this page does not replace information required at that point.

Only the functions expressly enabled for you are included. Published catalogue content does not establish availability. Changes to accepted terms remain subject to the applicable notice and other mandatory requirements; updating a screen is not, by itself, consent to a material change.

6. Complaints and disputed operations

You can contact support@broco.app with a complaint about Broco. Describe the service, relevant transaction reference and issue; do not send passwords or authentication codes.

Where another provider is responsible for a part of the service, your accepted offer, mandate or confirmation explains the complaint route and escalation available. This does not remove your ability to complain about Broco's own acts or omissions.

Complaints are handled within the deadlines required by applicable law and by any mandatory provider process. Any extension must be lawfully permitted and explained. Complaint handling does not replace a statutory remedy. Urgent procedures, required provider deadlines and external dispute-resolution bodies are identified in the applicable service information for your jurisdiction.

You do not have to complete an internal process where applicable law permits direct access to an authority or court. Contractual complaint procedures do not shorten mandatory limitation or notification periods.

7. Responsibility and remedies

Broco is responsible for performing its own contractual obligations. Where a service is provided by another entity, your accepted offer, mandate or confirmation identifies each party's responsibilities. Another entity's involvement does not remove responsibility that applicable law places on Broco, including for acts or omissions attributable to Broco.

Nothing in these conditions excludes or restricts liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. This includes mandatory rights applicable to unauthorised or incorrectly executed transactions where the relevant legal regime provides them.

A security incident, incorrect recipient information or breach of a user obligation will be assessed on the facts and under the applicable law. It is not an automatic basis to reject every claim.

Broco is responsible, as seller, for the products it sells in its own name. A Point Broco is responsible for its own sales as set out in the Point Broco Code Purchase Terms of Use and its reseller agreement.

8. Algeria: Local service rules

Individual account holders resident in Algeria must be at least 19 and have the required contractual capacity.

Broco Credit (“Crédit Broco”) is a prepaid credit in Algerian dinars (DZD). It is sold in Algeria by Broco Technologies, Inc. and can be used only in the Broco app, to buy products that Broco sells in its own name and makes available to you there. Points Broco distribute Broco Credit as codes. Broco Credit bears no interest, cannot be transferred to another person and cannot be withdrawn in cash.

You can buy Broco Credit by a digital payment method shown to you in the Broco app, or by buying a prepaid code from a Point Broco. Broco Technologies, Inc. receives the sums you pay to Broco. The price you pay a Point Broco for a code is received by that Point Broco, which sells the code in its own name.

The Broco Credit offer does not include conversion between the Algerian dinar and foreign currencies, international payment, transfer between users, cash withdrawal, payment to third-party merchants or payment of bills on behalf of third parties. No digital-asset service or permission is created by these country provisions.

The unused balance of your Broco Credit is refunded when you close your account. Broco confirms the traceable means of refund when you ask for it and pays you as the account holder, not a third party. It is never lost through inactivity or through the closure of your account. A sum you have already paid is not confiscated.

Promotional credits are distinct from the sums you paid. Their expiry rules are shown to you when they are granted, and they never reduce the balance you paid.
